Fill a tall glass with ice
Add Roku and the ginger
Top up with chilled tonic water
Gently stir to mix the ingredients
and Garnish with Ginger Matchsticks
50ml Auchentoshan American Oak
10ml lime juice
Angostura Bitters
150ml ginger beer
Orange twist or wedge of lime to garnish
Add Auchentoshan
American Oak
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Build with lime juice. Stir well with a spoon. Top with ginger beer
Garnish with orange twist or wedge of lime
25ml Suntory Toki whisky
100ml Chilled soda water
Grapefruit zest garnish
Add ice to a chilled Tall glass
Pour in Suntory Toki whisky and stir briefly to chill
